RE/MAX Brookside of Clare Michigan was founded in 2000 with plans to start off the new millennium with a team of  experienced, talented, and highly motivated real estate professionals, that would forever change the status of the real estate profession in the Clare Michigan Area. The affiliation with RE/MAX of Michigan and RE/MAX International was chosen due to the to educational opportunities offered by the franchise, the reputation for productivity and professional service, and the unique compensation options which assures that each associate is as productive and highly compensated as possible, given the competitive nature of the real estate industry. 
   

The company name "Brookside"  was chosen to best describe our Clare Michigan service area which features woodlands, lakes, streams, state lands and peaceful residential developments. The area is well known for affordable housing which is popular with young families and retirees, as well as, recreational properties. Clare County is located in the very center of Michigan's Lower Peninsula about 2 1/2 hours from everywhere with expressways going in all four directions. The county boasts of 118 lakes, huge tracts of state land, the Muskegon River flows to the southwest on it's way to Lake Michigan and the Tobacco River flows to the southeast on it's way to Lake Huron. The area is well known for hunting, fishing and outdoor pursuits of all types.
