REALTORS. Wayne H. Terpening has been in real estate since 1991 and
became a Broker in 1994, and later obtained his Accredited Buyer
Representative designation. Rebecca joined her Father, Wayne, in 2004 and
obtained her Broker's license in 2007 as well as the ABR designation.

"My husband and I had been doing some serious searching for almost two
months in Clare County, primarily working with one real estate agent. We
were looking for a summer/possible retirement location within a certain
price range. We were beginning to get very frustrated with the process
when I decided to go on the internet and do my own searching. I came up
